2. What data we process, and where it comes from
This website has no forms, requires no registration and uses no cookies or analytics tools. We do not collect data simply because you browse it.
We process personal data in two cases only:
- If you write to us. When you send an email to one of the addresses published here, we process your name, your email address, the content of your message and any other data you voluntarily include in it or in its attachments.
- Server technical logs. The server hosting this site generates access logs that may include the IP address, the date and time of the request and the browser used. They are used only to keep the service secure and running, and are kept for a short period.
Please do not include special categories of data in your messages (health, beliefs, trade union membership, biometric data and the like): we do not need them to help you.
3. What we use it for
- Answering your enquiry and maintaining the correspondence arising from it.
- Providing support for our products and following up on the issue.
- Preparing proposals and managing the pre-contractual and contractual relationship, if the enquiry leads to an engagement.
- Complying with our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
- Keeping the website secure and available.
We do not build profiles, we do not make automated decisions with legal effects, and we do not use your data to send you marketing you did not ask for.
4. Legal basis
- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to handle enquiries from clients or from those requesting a quote, and to provide support.
- Legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), to answer general enquiries and to keep the website secure. We have assessed that this interest does not override your rights and freedoms, given how little data is involved.
- Compliance with a legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), in commercial, accounting and tax matters.
5. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a commercial relationship: up to 1 year from the last contact, unless you ask us to erase them sooner.
- Client enquiries and support: for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the applicable statutory limitation periods.
- Records with tax or accounting effect: for the periods required by law, generally 6 years.
- Server technical logs: a maximum of 30 days.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes or for any other purpose.
It is accessed only by the providers supplying us with email, hosting and infrastructure services, acting as processors under a contract requiring them to process it solely on our instructions. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities and courts where there is a legal obligation to do so.
7. International transfers
Our providers are generally located within the European Economic Area. If any of them were to process data outside the EEA, the transfer would rely on a European Commission adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses, together with any additional safeguards required.
8. Our products have their own policy
Worshi and StreamingPro are services independent of this website and process their users’ data within their own relationship with them. If you are a user of either, please see the privacy policy published at worshi.com or at streamingpro.es, as applicable. This policy does not replace them.
9. Your rights
You may exercise the rights granted to you by the GDPR at any time:access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability. You may also withdraw your consent where processing is based on it, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
To exercise them, write to info@sincrosav.com stating which right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to prove your identity. We will reply within one month of receiving the request, extendable by a further two months where justified by complexity, in which case we will tell you.
10. Complaints to the supervisory authority
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, or that the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid —www.aepd.es. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it first — please write to us.
11. Minors
This website is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we find that we have received data from a minor without the authorisation of their parent or guardian, we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or organisational changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page, together with its date of last update.
